1A. ENUMERATED OR ELIMINATED!!! If the Constitution doesn’t clearly give government the power, it will be challenged for removal with due powers being delegated to the States.  Our "Representatives" have over reached and taken our power from us, the true masters of our government.

The Constitution is not failing us, our public servants and the governments they are operating are palpable violations to the Constitution for the United States.  A plethora of violations of the Constitution today are direct overreach by the federal government assuming roles, responsibilities, powers, and property not enumerated in the Constitution.  James Madison’s comment in Federalist Paper #51 regarding the “In framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this: you must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.” 

2A. Investigate Insider Trading by Government Employees & Elected Officials.

3A. DA’s should be charged with Dereliction of Duty, at the minimum, for not charging career criminals when there is sufficient evidence of guilt in the charged crimes.

4A. Federal ban on ballot harvesting.

5A. Focus on education on how babies are made & provide long term birth control options.

6A. I would encourage any President I serve under to institute Term Limits on our Congress & Senate as our Congress & Senate have term limited the President within our Checks and Balances system.

7A. Repeal the 1996 Telecomm Act and replace it with an EFFECTIVE Online users Rights Bill.

8A. BORDER SECURITY
We can no longer have a porous border for drugs, gangs, cartels, the worst people the world has to offer and human traffickers.

9A. End imports from nations that use child slaves or workers.

10A. The Supreme Court decision to force Trump to release his tax returns is a precedent that ALL Elected Officials tax returns must be released. I have already contacted my accountant and got paper copies of my last 7 years of tax returns & I will challenge the SD3 regularly to comply with the precedent they helped put in place by backing the Trump document release demand by not speaking out against it.  

11A. I will NEVER vote for a bill that in any way, shape or form infringes on a law abiding American’s Right to self defense or their choice to own a firearm. I will call out anyone who uses lies to enact unconstitutional laws which are designed to disarm Americans.

12A. The Fiscal management of this nation is a parasite on us. We are now Spending more annually for debt servicing then our military. At this rate the Left’s “Cloward & Piven” strategy will soon break this nation. We defeated the USSR because they were near broke then we feigned starting a war, forcing them to ramp up their deficit spending. The budget rarely changes downward but there are always additions. We need to do a complete reset with an eye on budgets that are balanced, shows some form of common sense and focuses on massive debt reduction.

13A. We The People should never have to decide between these two options.  The Declaration of Independence guarantees us that, We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers  in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

14A. Inflation is Economic Warfare.  Inflation prevents you from saving money. It forces you to pay higher rates to borrow. It affects every aspect of your home or business budgets. It increases your Credit card rates. Inflation increases the risk of being forced to over-borrow to make your ends meet.

15A. The United Nations is not our ally. We pay them Billions annually and they appoint nations like Iran to their civil rights panel while accusing us of atrocities. They have been accused of over 66,000 sexual assaults worldwide.  They are complicit with the most heinous treatment of humans around the world including child slave labor.  

16A. Every nation on Planet Earth has banned Lobbying of their governments except the United States.

17A. The climate change agenda is a Ponzi Scheme.  The only thing about this agenda the left cares about is how much money they can make off of it.  To look at the left's horrors and fear description of the Climate issue and their suggested solutions, its hard to find any common sense but there's plenty of hypocrisy and stupidity.  We need to protect our environment, there's no disagreement from me.  In my opinion, we do not need to say we're protecting the planet while politicians are legislating and insider trading on the companies the Green Agenda creates. Not to mention the campaign donations these companies make.

18A. There must be a drive towards Trades, manufacturing and production over cash registers.  Colleges are out of date and only currently producing a lot of students that have no intention of working like most of America does.  The "College Experience" now is nothing more than a hostile anti-American production facility.  There are some colleges that still deliver great educations but its not a high percentage. 19A. Democrats love to call anyone who doesn't agree with them racists.  They accuse their opponents of abusing people for political gain.  They have created an entire genre of "hate speech" with a single attachment of the appendage 'phobe' to the agenda item of their need to discredit any opposition.  When historical research is done on the greatest offenders against minorities and the poor it only serves to implicate Democrats.

The only requirement to be able to sign a First Amendment petition, is being a US citizen.  These are not 'regular' petitions.  They request the removal from office and banishment from Public Service, of any kind, for those who have violated their oaths of office as per the 14th Amendment.

You can print the petition and signing sheets and collect signatures.  Print name, date you started collection & sign your name on page 1 of the signing sheets.  Print copies of page 2 as needed.  I do request you inform me if you are circulating a petition so I can get your signing sheets for submitting them to the appropriate County Commissioners when we're ready to close out a petition.
